Interview: When we connect with a deep pool of high-quality candidates, we filter each prospect through an unparalleled interview process called the “Innerview”. Candidate Assessment: After we've extensively interviewed every prospect and identified prime executives, we will send you a candidate assessment. Our Candidate Assessment is a meticulous breakdown of each applicant's interview. This information will provide insight to each professional we recommend and help prepare you for an introductory meeting.
Introductory Meeting: Our consultative approach builds a deep-rooted relationship with both the client and the candidate. After you approve of a prospect's Candidate Assessment and the candidate feels the same, we will coordinate an introductory meeting. We will consult with both parties before and after each meeting to provide feedback and coordinate the next steps.
Offer & Acceptance: Typically, both parties are hopeful to work together after an introductory meeting, signifying the start of a new hire. Placements Unlimited's job is to guide both parties through the final step - an Offer and Acceptance. By the time we reach the closing step, both parties will be thoroughly prepared and confident in extending and accepting an offer. As a result, it becomes an effortless transition for both your company and your new Key Player.
