Salary will Range from : $80,000.00 - $90,000.00
Job Summary
The MANUFACTURING PROCESS ENGINEER owns the process of development and implementation of
enhanced manufacturing methods to improve quality, reduce cost, improve safety, and reduce lead
times utilizing lean concepts and tools. This process engineering professional & technical expert
provides support to the operational & manufacturing function through a deep understanding of the
product properties, engineering, and quality aspects, and serves as a specialist in their function
through collaboration with cross-functional teams to include Production and Quality Management to
enhance the business objectives and Operations performance.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Create, configure, and develop industrial processes
- Appraise, measure, and analyze processes
- Develop and perform experimental process tests with respect to quality, method, cost, etc.
- Explore best practices and innovative solutions to ensure continuous improvements in production
and quality rates - Complete process simulations
- Manage budget limitations and time constraints
- Execute risk assessments
- Create and manage process documentation and operating instructions
- Work in conjunction with operations, R&D, and customers to support new products and new
manufacturing technology platforms - Develop and implement metrics to monitor and improve performance of processes
- Comply with all company established, and state and federal guidelines on Health, Safety and Environment and operational requirements\
- Perform other duties as required to support company

Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; combination of education and experience may be considered
- Three (3) years of experience in the field of injection molding
- Competency with laser printing, robotics, and packaging equipment preferred

Jira - Training in problem solving and Statistical Process Control
- Project Management experience
- Competency in Microsoft Excel and Access
- Jira experience is preferred
- RJG Master Molder Certification
Working Environment
The employee is frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts and
vibration. The noise level in the work environment and job sites can be loud. The employee is
occasionally exposed to a variety of extreme temperatures.
Physical Requirements
The position is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to use hands or
fingers, handle or feel objects, tools, or controls. The employee is frequently required to stand; walk;
sit; and reach with hands and arms. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
Specific vision abilities required by this position include close vision, distance vision, and the ability to
adjust focus. The noise level in the work environment is usually low to moderate.
